Pilates Instructors

Claire Irvine – Pilates Instructor
Hi everyone! Combined with my first loves of dance and gymnastics, my studies in physio and physed, pilates is where I am meant to be.
I am fortunate to get to work with all ages and stages of getting, keeping or improving movement. I love meeting people and enjoy the challenge of coming up with adaptations to let people continue to get stronger and more flexible despite current injuries or limitations. Hope to see you in a class soon!

Mel Dewar – Pilates Instructor
After many years as a passionate Pilates client, I have turned my passion to teaching.
The benefits that Pilates offers drives my passion. I believe movement is key to a long quality of life.
Having clients share the positive changes they are experiencing in their day-to-day life is my happy place!
Outside of teaching I enjoy spending time with my husband, family and friends. I have three grandchildren who keep me moving as well as two active dogs. Other interests include travel, photography and supporting the Warriors!
