MY BACKGROUND
I’ve been working on improving the health of New Zealanders for the past 18 years. I started out as the ambulance at the bottom of the cliff working as a physiotherapist at Wellington hospital, helping people who had already had something go seriously wrong with their health.
From there I stepped into the private rehabilitation sector in New Zealand, working as a physiotherapist for one of New Zealand’s largest rehabilitation providers. Then managing a Wellington based physiotherapy clinic. Helping to lead the development of both their Health Safety & Wellbeing and internal training services at a national level. I spent over a decade working in the Occupational Health space and enjoyed getting tapped on the shoulder to come up with a bespoke solution to a problem an organisation was facing.
WHAT I DO
I’ve got to see what happens to people’s lives and performance when their health isn’t good and the many negative ripple effects that has. Now I help individuals and organisations to take take ownership of their health so they can show up at their best in all aspects of their life.

– Injuries hurt people and they hurt businesses. I take a holistic approach to assisting organisations with Injury Prevention. Addressing and altering systemic risk factors. Upskilling staff in the health drivers for performance and injury prevention. And evaluation of individual risk factors with the application of corrective programs.
Better Health for Busy Professionals
– Helping Individuals and Organisations implement personalised wellbeing programs that create sustainable, meaningful improvement. This program combines the best health and behavioural science in order to make health change stick in the middle of a busy world.
